At Kaporal, we have a saying: "never insignificant, always flamboyant". We showcase individuals who step outside the box, and own their difference. "Outside the box" is our new meeting place, in the form of portraits of the people who inspire us. These individuals are from different worlds: sport, fashion, art, volunteer groups... and they are shifting the rules within their respective fields. We love it. Working in partnership with Kourtrajmé Marseille, the film school that trains new talents, we present to you the first gallery of portraits.

Hemma Lange has fashion at her fingertips, she created it and shapes it with everything around it. Sew, draw, imagine: Hemma appropriates objects, materials, fabrics to invent and reinvent unique pieces. Graduated from a fashion school, trained in styling and model making, she quickly specialized in artistic direction and the design of upcycled objects. She collaborates with many brands and touches on merchandising, styling and creation.

The young designer draws her inspiration from art, couture, fashion, dance... Her imagination was nourished by the stage costumes that fascinated her when she was doing classical dance. But her numerous travels (Australia, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Portugal) above all gave her a taste for traditional clothing and jewelry rich in color, material and detail. With her unique looks and her colorful universe, Hemma Lange returns for Hors Cadre to her work and the different forms of upcycling.
