How does it work?

Order at Kaporal.com
Choose Click & Collect delivery and select your nearest Kaporal store
When your order arrives at the store, you'll be sent an email!

Something you've bought not quite right and want to return it? What should you do?

Log into your customer account and go to the "My Orders" area.
Create your return agreement
- Select the relevant order
- Tick the product(s) you want to return
- Confirm, print your return agreement and follow the instructions given in the email
Place your return agreement and product(s) in your parcel.

N.B.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your initial delivery.
All items returned must have their labels still attached and be in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are not covered by our e-shop*

Once we receive your return parcel, we will check its contents and issue you with a credit note or refund as you prefer.
