Amendment No. 1 to the Game Regulations KAPORAL Website
Companies Register under the number 378 644 603 MARSEILLE TRADE AND COMPANIES REGISTER - 13014 MARSEILLE (hereinafter "the Organiser") is running a game with a prior purchase obligation on the site Kaporal.com.
WITH REGARD TO THE AFORESAID:
The Organiser has decided to extend the duration of the game until 19 February 2019 and has decided to change the conditions for participating in the Game.
THIS BEING THE CASE, THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED:
Article 1: Game Organisation
The company Kaporal Collections, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under the number 378 644 603 MARSEILLE TRADE AND COMPANIES REGISTER and all companies in the Kaporal group whose registered office is 20 boulevard Ampère - 13014 MARSEILLE (hereinafter "the Organiser"), are running a free game with a prior purchase obligation (hereinafter "the Game") within the period 16/01/2019 to 19/02/2019 (hereinafter the "Game Period").
Article 2: The Game
Any Customer purchasing at least €80 incl. VAT within the period from 16/01/2019 to 19/02/2019 within the entirety the specified Network will automatically be entered into the game.

Article 3: Date and duration
The Game will run from 16/01/2019 up to and including 19/02/2019 (hereinafter "Game Period").
Article 4: Conditions of participation and participation validity
4.1 Conditions of participation
The Game is open to any major customer purchasing a minimum amount of €80 incl. VAT or €100 incl. VAT, within the period specified in Article 2 of these regulations, within the specified Network, and who has logged into a Kaporal customer account whose name, telephone number and email address have been fully filled out (hereinafter the "Participant").
4.2 Participation validity
To participate in the Game, each participant must buy at least €80 incl. VAT or €100 incl. VAT within the period specified in Article 2 and within the specified Network.
Article 5: Winner designation
Once the Participant has validated payment of an order exceeding €80 incl. VAT or €100 incl. VAT within the period specified in Article 2, a virtual scratch card will appear on the web page.
Article 5: Effective date of amendment
This amendment will come into effect as soon as it has been posted on the site www.kaporal.com.
In accordance with the full regulations, this amendment is subject to French law. All other provisions of the regulations that have not been changed or are not inconsistent with this amendment remain unchanged and remain fully in effect and applicable herein.
